"Professional"

I have not attended a hospital for at least 20years, I have never been to Ipswich Hospital. I was a day patient and every member of staff I met was Professional, Kind, Informative and compassionate, the hospital was clean and there was no litter inside or out as far as I could see. I was very nervous and this by all who attended me was taken into consideration. I probably will never have to go back to this hospital but if I did there certainly would be no anxiety.

My procedure was dealt with in a calm and respectful way and I was informed every step of the way as to what was happening.

The theatre staff, recovery staff, outpatient ward and my surgeon
