I had an appointment today with the nurse. Sadly they were running 30 minutes late. The waiting room was almost full but not with just patients, everyone seemed to have someone with them.
The nurse I saw was lovely. She explained everything very thoroughly. The treatment was mildly painful but acceptable.
Not once did I feel I was being rushed and she was happy to discuss my treatment at great length. The nurse was called Jane Arherton.
