"Staff was calm, caring and explained everything"

About: Fife Community Services / Sexual Health

(as a service user),

I was very apprehensive about coming in today despite the gentleman at the front desk being very polite and friendly. Nurse Anne managed to make me feel totally at ease throughout the whole procedure. She was calm, caring and explained everything extremely well.

Dear Aisha, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Sexual Health clinic. We understand that people can often feel apprehensive about attending our clinics, particularly when there is a procedure involved, and it is a priority for us to ensure that everyone is treated with care and compassion. I am very pleased to hear that you found my colleague on reception to be friendly and also that with Anne's support you were able to feel at ease. I will be sure to share your feedback with Anne and our colleague on reception, as well as with the rest of the team.

Best wishes

Kirsty Durham, Sexual Health Senior Charge Nurse
