I was paired with a practitioner very quickly after referral, and she was utterly fantastic. She tailored the course completely to my needs, taking into account my disability, and was so encouraging and responsive to my thoughts. She has helped me immeasureably, and it's the first time I have truly felt such an improvement in my mental health.
