About: East Kilbride Locality Support Service / Treatment Room

(as the patient),

I have been using the Treatment Room facilities and associated staff for several years.

The quality of service, treatment and attention provided by all of the nursing staff and clerical staff is absolutely outstanding.

In my experience, the service provided by all of the staff in the Treatment Room puts the GP practices in the same building to shame. 

The Treatment Room deserves at least a 5-Star rating.

Thank you so much for your feedback re treatment room services. I was so pleased to hear that your experience has been positive, especially in relation to the quality of care provided. I will pass your feedback onto the nurses and the administration staff, who we depend on very much for the smooth running of the service.

You have said that you have used the treatment room for several years, so I hope you are keeping in good health but reassured that you are receiving a great service from our treatment room staff.
