My father was recently fitted with a catheter, it was a huge thing for him and he felt totally unprepared for this change in his life.
We attended the Continence Clinic at the Holywood Arches and received wonderful treatment.
The sister, Fidelma was reassuring, kind, patient and understanding. She explained in detail what had happened and the reason why it was necessary.
We left the appointment with all our worries, and questions addressed. She gave us clear information and explained how we would access supplies and ongoing support.
