About: Good Hope Hospital

After waiting 4 years for an appointment with pain management I was given a phone appointment. I thought this was going to be for where my pain was then I would get an in clinic appointment to discuss ways of helping me manage the pain. But that wasn't the case after ringing me late, I was told that as I couldn't take painkillers little could be done. I then suggested hydrotherapy or physio therapy and was told perhaps I could get in touch with my doctor myself and only after saying it was hard to get that without a referral was o told the doctor would do it. That was the entire appointment no follow-up nothing. The whole conversation lasted less than minutes. Very disappointed.
