"Gone down hill."

Used to be good but has gone down hill. Receptionist staff are rude tried to bully me into using their whatsapp service to get a appointment. And if I didnt I wasnt getting an appointment. Thus have now left the practice as every month messing with my medications and telling me they are taking the ones I rely on to function away.
