"Exemplary "

About: Leeds General Infirmary

I recently left hospital following my second awake crainiotomy which was a success. I probably met around 30 different members of staff from different fields and they all treated me like I was their number one patient. I want to give special thanks to my surgeon and speech and language therapist whom without, would have made the whole experience more challenging and worrying. They both reassured me before, during and after the operation and I can not recommend them enough, truly. Continue to do your wonderful work improving and saving lives.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us.

Your post is wonderful to read and I am extremely pleased that you had such a positive experience whilst using our services at Leeds Teaching Hospitals.

I have passed on your fantastic feedback to our Speech and Language Service and I would ask that you please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service with further information regarding your surgeon so they are able to also to pass on your fabulous comments to the correct staff member.

Please call our Patient Advise and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0113 206 6261 or alternatively email patientexperience.leedsth@nhs.net

With kindest regards
