"Nothing but admiration for the staff"

About: St John's Hospital / Head and Neck

(as the patient),

With not having been a patient in a hospital for over 60yrs I was apprehensive about going in as a patient to ward 19a St John’s.

After being let out after 3 weeks treatment I have nothing but admiration for the work and care the staff gave to myself and all the other patients.

I watched as every patient (and there was some awkward patients) were given the same care and attention and information from every member of the team; domestics, nursing assistants, nurses and doctors also passing on their knowledge to their trainees.

Thank you again for looking after and getting myself better.
