About: Perth City Community Care and Treatment (CCATS) / Diabetes Screening

(as the patient),

Had my first diabetic review today and the nurse was lovely. She took my height and weight and measured round my waist and hips and took my blood pressure and did sum bloods and she checked my feet as I’ve been having problems with my feet. She was very helpful and informative and gave me away a leaflet on how to look after my feet. She made me feel very at ease.
