"I needed treatment for a wart"

I was referred to Branston when I called. I couldn’t believe that I couldn’t be seen in Tamworth as I was informed there is no doctor and they don’t do freezing the warts either. I had to go to Branston twice to get the freezing treatment. As I can’t drive at present it cost me a lot of money to go there and back twice. Really disappointed that in Tamworth I couldn’t get the treatment. Used to be able to get the treatment in Tamworth.

Nurses were lovely when I attended today in Tamworth to get the cream medicine. I was hoping they will be able to give me freeze treatment but no. I think it’s really inconvenient for the patients in Tamworth.
