A really good experience, all very well explained. I didn’t really know what I was having done or there was different coils. The nurse who fitted it just made me feel really comfortable, nothing was awkward. Went through everything, explained everything as was happening and what will be feeling.
Totally put me at ease, everyone was nice and welcoming. Had to take my child and they didn’t mind. It was also kept clean and tidy. I didn’t have to wait, was soon seen to take blood pressure, weight, height and urine sample then straight to nurse! I never been to a sexual health clinic before but 10 out 10 for whole experience!
