"I know there's no judgement"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / No Wrong Door

(as a service user),

I hit a point in my life where I realised I needed help. Georgia was one of the first few people that for the first time I had to open up to in a way I haven’t done all my life.

I’m not much of a review writer and honestly I don’t know how to put into words just how much having someone who’s open minded, and with open ears to sit down and listen to you, and hear you out. It has made a massive difference to me and how I’ve managed to stay on track to this day is driven by the support I get from reaching out to services like this.

Georgia, along side a few others, has been a clear demonstration as to why you NEED to allow yourself that vulnerability. That vulnerability that you need to fully get everything out of your head with an unbiased viewpoint that will listen and talk to you.

The change that it has made from being completely alone and genuinely locking myself away to beginning to set foundations and opening up more has been more than noticeable.

A point id love to try pin in whoever’s mind that’s reading this is,

It don’t matter how much you may think you’ve got it controlled, how much you think you’ve completely lost it. To actually have THAT conversation and allowing someone to have an input In how you deal with things can be mental. Allowing yourself to have that trust in someone and talk to them about things you only keep to yourself.

It’s definitely not the cure, but allowing yourself to create that support network that you don’t have is incredible.

And personally Georgia, I want to thank you from my heart. honestly you are such a well driven, caring woman with a head firmly screwed on. When I’m in a session with you it feels like you’ve got all the time in the world for me, never feels pressured and I know there’s no judgment.

Thank you Georgia, without people like you there would be a lot more people like me with a lot more questions unanswered.

Thank you for making me feel that little bit less lost.

Hi

Thank you so much for your positive words about the No Wrong Door service.

It's really encouraging to get such great feedback from our service users and I have passed this on to Georgia and the rest of the team in South East Hampshire.

Hearing that you're doing so well makes the hard work worthwhile - again, thank you and best wishes in your continued recovery.

Regards

Chris
