About: Pontefract General Infirmary

Your waiting list states there is a 34 weeks waiting list. I have had 2 appointments one Sept 2023 and one Feb 2024 Both were cancelled so I have been waiting 14 Months as I was referred in Feb 2023. that is 56 weeks.

My condition is getting worse. I have rung the appointments dept but with no luck. Please Please can I have an appointment that is fulfilled by you .

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer you an appointment via this website. Please see below contact telephone numbers which may be helpful:

- For follow-up appointments/appointment queries please call 01924 541169. Open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please telephone us on the number you have on your appointment letter.

- For outpatient appointments please call 01924 541169 (calls are charged at the local rate).

If you are still finding it difficult to get through to the Appointment Centre, please contact our PALS team on myh-tr.palsmidyorks@nhs.net.
