(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter with autism needed a minor surgery procedure and we used High Wycombe hospital.

After completing the pre op forms, we received a call from Catherine the Play Specialist. She was very understanding, supportive and competent in planning and providing the care and support we needed to make the situation as smooth and calm as possible. During the day of the operation, Catherine was fantastic! 100% We couldn’t fault her. She made our experience so easy; the doctors and nurses were pre warned and prepared. Everyone was incredible.

We couldn’t say anything negative about anybody.
