"A welcoming, non-judgemental leader"

About: Community Mental Health / Move Ahead - Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Service

(as a service user),

A welcoming, non judgemental leader, Hayley, and group of participants.

The course was well presented, excellent in content and provoked lots of useful and thoughtful discussion.

Thank you to Hayley and the other participants for sharing their very helpful insights.

I felt very safe and supported throughout the course and now feel able to hold my head up and go forward with more self confidence.

A very helpful experience. Looking forward to further workshops presented by MoveAhead staff.

Dear Hiking Woman,

Thank you for you kind words regarding the workshop you attended. As a service, we welcome feedback of all types as it allows (in this case Hayley) to make any required adjustments to the content of the workshop sessions.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of the other group participants for your feedback. As you can imagine workshops for confidence building, anxiety management, etc... can be an intimidating group to attend, so to know that the discussions that took place in the sessions was felt to be beneficial is of great importance.

I have passed on your feedback to Hayley and she is most grateful for it as it reaffirms that the work she put in to making the workshops has been of benefit.

We would like to thank you once again, and wish you well for the future. Hopefully the other workshops that are available will also provide benefit to you.

Regards

Richard Sime
