"The community nurses were amazing"

During my husband's end of life care, we received the best support and care that we could have wished for.

The community nurses from R02 and R06 were amazing. The care and support each of them gave us as a family and to my husband enabled us to fulfil his wishes to be at home.

He received the best possible care and the girls made sure he was comfortable and maintained his dignity whilst providing excellent care, making a difficult time easier.

My daughter is part of this community team and I would also like to express our gratitude to the teams for their kindness and support of her during this time and is actually still receiving. From her managers to each of her colleagues. We have been deeply touched and cannot express how fantastic they all are.
