"Incompetent "

My father died on 14th April. I contacted the GPs surgery a couple of times later in the week to find out what was going on. Was told they

had to send relevant paperwork to the medical examiner which they said they had done on 15th. Rang again on 22nd April and again told waiting for reply. On contacting the medical examiner found practice had lied. Medical examiner had only received documentation at 16.21 on 22nd a week after the practice told me they had sent it. This has caused unnecessary stress and worry at a difficult time.
