"Their professionalism and patience is above and beyond"

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Elderly Medicine (wards 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3c, 4c, 5c, 6a, 8a & 8c)

(as a service user),

Mum has been in Gartnavel Hospital, Glasgow, Ward 2A Bay 8, for a few weeks and the care she has received from the staff working on the ward has been absolutely wonderful.

The staff are so attentive, approachable and friendly and I consider their professionalism and patience is above and beyond and their delivery of care is always with a smile on their faces. 

They not only care for patients but also provide support the family.

Exemplary.
