(as the patient),

I went for physio at King Cross, Dundee to consider a very long experience of back problems. I felt really confident in Kim’s  support, her knowledge approach and positive application of theory to suggested activities.

I talked about something related to my physio which was  personal and sensitive during the consultation and she was genuine, kind, empathic and positive about it too. This helped me feel comfortable and confident to take the issue.  Thanks, Kim.
