About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Continuity of Midwifery Carer Service

(as a service user),

I have been under the care of the continuity of midwifery carer team emerald and have had exceptional care throughout my whole pregnancy and post-natal period.  The service is an absolute credit to the girls within the team.  A special mention goes to Sarah  for the outstanding attention I received throughout!!!
