I am very pleased with the staff doing a demanding job. I am especially pleased with the nurses as they are kind,considerate and very good at making one feel at ease. The ease of making appointments has also improved post Covid, my treatment of leg swelling and ulceration is ongoing

Dear Mr Ware

I wanted to thank you on behalf of nursing team for your kind words.

All of our team try to ensure that our patients are looked after this includes sometimes squeezing patients in who need to have follow up treatment but no appointments available for them to book.

We pride ourselves on putting our patients first and try to offer the best service in sometimes demanding conditions.

I have passed on your comments to the nurses who have treated you.
