About: Grantham & District Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Total knee replacements at Grantham hospital, Lincolnshire. (November 2023 & April 2024).

I first saw a consultant in July 2023 and had both operations completed as above. The timeline was excellent, the care in hospital even better (particularly nurse 'Shelley' who couldn't do enough with such a caring and friendly manner).

I have been left completely impressed with the NHS in Lincolnshire, well done. All departments working together with complete efficiency.

Thank you so much for your comments and I will share with the team, Shelley will be really pleased to be named, the whole team work so hard to make the patients experience the best they can expect from the NHS, and your post is testament to the fact we are getting it right.

As Matron for the Hub I am always thrilled to read patients comments and feedback as it’s a real morale boost for us all.
