(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter went to get her routine bloods done as required every 6 months from the treatment room.

She went on her own for the first time. The nurse Kate was extremely helpful,  lighthearted and fun to this teenager who had meningitis 4 years ago which left her traumatised of needles following a month hospital stay of IVs, long lines and long term line.

Thank you Kate. Nice to hear my daughter had a positive experience on getting her bloods done.
