I completed a CBT course for mainly anxiety and worrying thoughts as well as some symptoms of depression. The course lasted 6 weeks and I was guided and supported by a practitioner from SLAM. I found the course very valuable and by the end of the course I was much more able to control worrying thoughts and my anxiety was much reduced. The support I received on a weekly basis helped me to get the most from the course and the practitioner was able to help with any questions and problems I was experiencing.
