We found booking appointments at Beckett House a breeze from the very beginning. Their online system is simple, and they often have same-day slots available. This was crucial for us, especially when our son was an infant with frequent issues like lactose intolerance and eczema. The doctors at Beckett House were fantastic, providing not only excellent care but also clear explanations and follow-up letters. As his allergies and asthma developed, the repeat prescription process became seamless with their app. We can request refills directly and choose our preferred pharmacy for pick-up.

Most recently, our son needed to be seen for a sports injury. After calling on Monday, we were seen by the doctor on Thursday and had a referral secured by Friday, complete with a shared copy of the letter. This efficiency and attentiveness are exactly why we've stayed with Beckett House for over 14 years, even after moving further south. They've earned our trust and provided exceptional care for our entire family.
