The Anima application was brought to my notice in March. Using it and the Vine medical group's reaction to it was a revelation. I was able to record full details of my concern without the stress and inconvenience of trying to impart the same information by telephone. Soon after sending the details I was contacted by the practice. This triggered advice on dealing with my concern which has involved getting a chest x-ray, a follow up CT scan, prescription of antibiotics and follow up visit to be checked. At each stage, I have been contacted and dealt with by different doctors in the practice who all did their best to progress my treatment. I am sure that without the use of Anima my treatment would not have progressed so well. I recommend that all patients are made aware of the benefits of using Anima.
