"Compassion and Kindness"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Stroke care (Wards 56 and 68)

(as a relative),

To the Doctors and Staff of Ward 56.

We would like to thank you for caring for our family member. Your compassion and kindness was appreciated during the week before her death.

We found the communication excellent from all the staff and the humour on the ward was excellent and appreciated.

All the nursing staff were brilliant, but a special mention must be made for Robert, the Health Care Support Worker, who went above and beyond in the care he provided.

My prayers are continuing for blessings to you all.

Dear CanadaScotland

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was very pleased to read the care and treatment your family member received from our staff was to a high standard and they felt well cared for.

I was glad to hear the communication between the family and staff was 'excellent' and you were kept well informed of your family member's progress. This must have been a huge relief to you all.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be touched to receive such glowing feedback about their service.

Kind regards

Kevin
