I have Epidermolysis Bullosa Simplex, blistering skin on my body, which really affects feets. Friction and heat causes blisters so it can be painful to wear footwear. I run around barefoot most of the summer but ended up getting plantar fascitis.
I was referred to podiatry in Banbridge who gave me a full 4 degree Interpod soft insole which really helped. EB simplex is a skin disease for which there is no cure and can only be managed. Sarah was great in helping me with advice and recommendations. A*
