About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ophthalmology Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Pre-Operative Assessment

(as a service user),

Arrived early but they were accommodating and managed to move my appointment forward.

Kat and Karen were very obliging. Even though I had arrived 45 minutes early, due to miscommunication about the appointment times, Kat and Karen offered to see me earlier foregoing their lunch break so that I did not have to wait.

They were both welcoming and professional. It put my mind at ease and helped me to relax.

I feel that they went above and beyond on this occasion.
