(as a service user),

I took my little boy this afternoon to Alison Lea Medical Centre for his child immunisations. Given his age he is so aware of everything that is going on and wants to know all about it.

Gillian, the nurse administering the vaccines was brilliant with my little boy explaining everything to both him and I and was extremely patient. Her welcoming, friendly smile and manner was just lovely too.

Dear Aljean,

Thank you for sharing your experience of your GP practice on Care Opinion.

I am so pleased that your son was inquisitive about his immunisations rather than being scared, perhaps one day he will be a nurse or a doctor! I am glad that Gillian was patient and explained everything well to both of you. This would have been very reassuring for you as a mum, but also for your little boy to feel included.

Unfortunately GPs are not registered to respond to feedback on Care Opinion and as such, unfortunately your lovely comments would not be passed onto the staff. Please could I encourage you to contact the practice manager who will be able to take your feedback and ensure Gillian receives it.
