(as the patient),

Michael was a gentleman from start to finish. 

Actually got taken in 10 mins early, I literally arrived and straight in. He put me at ease, explaining what will happen all the way through. Michael was gentle, caring and had a heart of gold.

10/10 for customer service.  Literally in and out in 5/10 mins. Nice guy.
