"Very welcoming, friendly and cheerful"

About: Moyle Hospital / Outpatients Department

(as a service user),

I attend Moyle Hospital Outpatient Phlebotomy Department every 3 months.

After a very successful Kidney Transplant at Belfast City Hospital.

Louise, the staff nurse, is always very welcoming, friendly and very cheerful.

She puts you at ease and make the process very gentle and non anxious every time.

The waiting room has had a complete  make over and is very bright, airy, clean and fresh.

Always taken on time no long waits.

It can sometimes be difficult to find a parking space outside, so leave yourself plenty of time for an appointment.

Very grateful to all the  wonderful Northern Trust Staff who make you feel they  really care about their patients.

Bless them each and every one.

Thank you for this feedback following your visit to Moyle Outpatients Department at the Phlebotomy Clinic.

I will pass this feedback onto Louise.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty parking. I have addressed this with our Estates Department.
