I have attended this practice for over 13 years and never had an experience like it.
I appreciate the staff are extremely busy, but what happened to speaking to people with a bit or respect?
After dealing with a member of staff, I was made to feel like a complete idiot, the tone and manner was most unprofessional.
I also work in the health service and know how busy things can be, but never once would I be rude to a patient.
