(as a service user),

I phoned about my toddler, spoke with the lovely team and had an appointment the following week.

I was well informed about appointment time and updated on the day.

Michelle came and reassured us about our son’s growth and informed us about our next visit.

Michelle was so kind and really helped put our minds at ease.
