I was admitted to hospital with a UTI and a very low sodium level due to misusing alcohol. I was asked if I would like to see someone from Inclusion, agreed, and was subsequently visited by Hospital Engagement Worker Caroline. She was so friendly, engaging and encouraging and it was a real pleasure to talk to her and take positive action.
Caroline referred me to two online groups run by Inclusion - women’s ACT Group & Women’s Peer Support Group. Although I am at the very beginning of attending the sessions, I am very impressed by the way the courses are run and by the facilitators who lead them.
I cannot praise Caroline and facilitators Emma & Kerry enough for their approach and for the guidance and support they offer. Thanks to Inclusion for offering the service it does.
"So friendly, engaging and encouraging"
