Many thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We recognise the wait in the mornings on the phone can sometimes be too long and we're working on trying to improve this. We try to deal with as many patients as possible and book in anyone who requires an appointment the same day. It's very challenging when there are 300+ calls coming in during this period. We have regular practice meetings to discuss current issues and to work on solutions, so we certainly appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improvements to our systems.
