We recently attended A&E with our 2-Year-old with a pulled elbow. It was obviously a very stressful experience leading up to us arriving at A&E.
We were immediately greeted by friendly reception staff and were quickly taken through to the A&E triage area. We were only waiting 10/15 mins before being taken into a room and met with Dr Hollie.
Dr Hollie couldn’t have been kinder to our 2-year-old and immediately put her at ease. Hollie then popped our toddler's elbow back into position and we were quickly back on our way again.
Dr Hollie was great with our 2-year-old and was able to distract her to allow the procedure to be done quick and painlessly.
Always hear horror stories about A&E waits but we honestly could not have been seen quicker.
We are so grateful to Dr Hollie, especially since our 2-year-old reminds us daily that Dr Hollie fixed her arm.
"Couldn’t have been kinder"
