About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Continuity of Midwifery Carer Service

(as a service user),

I was cared for by the Continuity of Midwifery Carer team throughout my pregnancy with my 4th baby.

I am incredibly grateful that I was able to avail of this wonderful new service.

From my booking appointment right through to day 10 post birth these midwives were at the end of the phone for any concerns or worries I had & nothing was ever too much bother.

A special mention to my midwife Rebecca and also Rachel who delivered my baby girl. I genuinely feel the support, professionalism and compassionate care these girls provided enabled me to have such a positive birthing experience.

I will be forever grateful for this amazing team.
