About: North Devon District Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who logged me in and advised me where to sit.  Time passed quickly in the welcoming atmosphere and I was called into my appointment. The person I saw made me feel at ease and the examination was carried out sympathetically. The follow up action was handled within an hour.

Everyone I had contact with today were not only professional but exceedingly friendly.
