Awful GP , I was 30 min on hold and 36 on a waiting list
12:30 I got through to a receptionist (very rude woman ) starting yelling at me how it’s not her fault that they have no appointments left , when I said I needed an appointment for my kids for today, they need to know how to treat patients properly and make patients feel welcome not anxious after talking to them .
