"Can't even get registered "

I gave in my application in mid February, being told it can take 7-10 days. It's now mid April and I'm still not registered. I call them each week to check and they don't know what's happening. I keep getting told to call back later in the week and wait.

Only one person has said they will escalate this to their manager, but still nothing has happened.

Calling this morning (15-04-2024) I've been told to call tomorrow and speak to one particular person who deals with registrations.

This has been a shambles. All while pregnant with my first child and no advice from a doctor.
