Rang with uncontrollable itch that I had been to my gp about but had no results so rang assessment unit for advice and was told to come up and get checked.
When arrived Philomena (whom I had spoken with on the phone) greeted me and made me feel completely at ease and reassured me.
She began doing tests which were carried out in a professional manner and was very accommodating to both my husband and myself.
I am very happy with the care I received from Philomena.
