About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Pre-Assessment Clinic

(as the patient),

I was so nervous about going to hospital but the minute I went into clinic I was made so welcome. When it came to the appointment my hands were sweating I was shaking, but the minute I went into the room Sheena and Becky were so warm and friendly which settled me and they gave me real good information about my procedure which made me settle. It was so good, if I had to go for another appointment, I wouldn't be so nervous going to PRI again.
