(as a service user),

I have recently joined a new medical practice as I moved into the area. 

I have had a few consultations with the new doctor. They are a brilliant doctor and my preferred GP. From my limited time at the practice, they have explained various treatment options and discussed how best to treat my medical condition. They actively listen during our consultations and make me feel included in my care. Their friendly, approachable and positive manner makes visiting the GP a very pleasant experience. They are clearly knowledgeable in this field and I hope the practice recognise that they are a great asset to the team.

I was pleased to hear the care and treatment you received from our staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

It was very touching to hear how the staff took the time to explain the various treatment options available to you in a kind and compassionate manner. This must have been a huge relief to you.
