"My visit was entirely stress-free and excellent"

About: Kings Cross Health and Community Care Centre / X-rays and Scans

(as a service user),

I was very well looked after when I went for two X-rays.  The radiography staff (Debbie and Mandy) explained everything, including the monthly generator test which meant that the machines had to close down for a minute or two.  They were attentive and pleasant.  I only had to wait 10 minutes and this was partly because of the generator shut-down.  They apologised for the delay.  Mandy also noted that I was due to have another X-ray next month in another hospital and arranged for that also to be done directly after my scheduled X-rays at Kings Cross.  I was impressed at this and it saved another journey further away for me. 

At a time when all we hear is how much the NHS is falling short I wanted to say that my visit was entirely stress-free and excellent.
