As a member of staff it is always different being on the other side as a patient and we often make the worst patients ! I was seen, assessed, imaged and given reassurance all within one hour from my appointment time.
Being referred on a suspected cancer pathway is always anxiety provoking. I was treated with the utmost respect and felt like my concerns were listened to and appropriately met. It started with a thorough assessment by Dr Louise and HCA Zoe.
This excellent care continued in the breast unit where I felt well supported for a mammogram and the excellent care and reassurance from Sarah whilst being scanned. A big thank you to you all. I will sleep well tonight now I am reassured. Keep up the good work and fantastic one-stop service you provide.
