Had a consultation with a GP today, aside from the audible sighs over the telephone throughout the conversation, was ultimately made to feel as though the interaction was an inconvenience.

Condescending approaches don't work in healthcare. It's such a shame as the practice has been fantastic on all other fronts over the last decade for us. Genuinely sad to have written this review.
