Every time I come to the Emergency Surgical Unit I am overwhelmed by the excellent care I receive. Keira and her staff go above and beyond. They are not here just doing a fantastic job .. they show the utmost of care, consideration and respect to all their patients. Their knowledge is only surpassed by their level of compassion. The care assistants are so hard working and friendly and the auxiliary staff do an amazing job. The surgical team explain everything so well.

My name is Helen Davis and I am the advanced nurse practitioner for emsu.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback which I have passed on to Ciera and the rest of the team which they were delighted to hear. Feedback is so helpful as it helps us to shape our service to ensure we are meeting patients' needs.

We are very proud of the work done in the unit and see how compassionate the staff are in the approach to helping surgical patients.
